En-suite Bathroom Renovation.
En-suite renovation completed end of 2022. The owners wanted a lighter and brighter space, with new fixtures and fittings. We even fitted a shower ledge!
Main Bathroom Renovations
Main Bathroom renovation completed early 2022. The owners wanted some structural changes to include some new design elements like floating vanity, Ledge in the shower area., great for soaps, shampoo's, etc.. Removal of bathtub to a walk in shower conversion, upgrade to floor waste.
Accessible Bathroom Renovations
Accessible bathroom renovation completed mid 2022. The owners needed a complete wet area. Shower relocation, removal of bathtub. No lips or hobs. An accessible vanity, yet maintain some storage near by. They also wanted a weighted shower curtain for easy cleaning, small niche and light/bright white space.
Puddle flanges and waterproofing.
Two of the most important components to prevent leaks and water damage. Correct application and installation of products. Speak to an expert.
Wet Sub Floors - Waterproofing failure.
A Job we went to recently where the water proofing has failed. The building was around 20 years of age, two story townhouse. With a timber structa floor, (Not great). Luckily the owner caught this one in time. If you think you may have signs of a leak in your bathroom get in touch with us ASAP!
